Information We Collect
When you use Envy TMF we collect a limited set of information necessary to operate the service. This includes:
- Discord account data — your Discord user ID, username, display name, and avatar. This is obtained via Discord OAuth when you log in.
- Email address — the email you enter at checkout, used solely to send your Stripe payment receipt.
- Payment metadata — Stripe-generated identifiers such as a checkout session ID, subscription ID, and payment intent ID. We do not store card numbers, CVVs, or bank details of any kind.
- Order data — the product you purchased, the plan type (monthly or lifetime), the amount paid, and the status of your ticket.
We do not collect or store passwords, IP addresses, browser fingerprints, or any other tracking identifiers beyond what is listed above.
How We Use Your Data
All data we collect is used exclusively to operate the Envy TMF storefront and fulfil your order. Specifically:
- Your Discord ID is used to assign tracking roles in our sales server and to link your order to your account.
- Your email is used only to deliver your Stripe receipt and is passed directly to Stripe at checkout.
- Order and payment metadata is retained to power your profile page, to allow staff to manage tickets, and to handle subscription renewals and cancellations.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing or advertising purposes.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in a private database accessible only to the Envy TMF application and authorised administrators. We use industry-standard practices to protect this database from unauthorised access.
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Envy TMF never receives or stores your raw card details — these are submitted directly to Stripe's servers.
Authentication is handled via Discord OAuth. We store a session cookie on your browser to keep you logged in. This cookie does not contain sensitive information and is cleared when you log out.
Third-Party Services
Envy TMF uses the following third-party services to operate:
- Discord — for authentication and role management. Discord's own privacy policy applies to your use of their platform.
- Stripe — for payment processing and receipt delivery. Stripe's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other advertising or tracking SDKs on this platform.
Data Retention
We retain your order and account data for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with our record-keeping obligations. For active subscribers, data is kept for the lifetime of the subscription. For lifetime purchases, data is kept indefinitely to support any future support requests.
If you would like your data removed, please contact us via Discord (see below). We will action deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal or operational obligations that require us to retain certain records.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal data we hold about you. You may also have the right to object to or restrict certain types of processing.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us via the Official Envy Discord server. We will respond to all legitimate requests promptly. We may need to verify your identity before actioning a request.
If you believe we have handled your data in a way that violates applicable privacy law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority in your jurisdiction.
