Services Provided
Envy TMF operates as a digital storefront for the purchase of TMF in-game chattags (FiveM). By completing a purchase through our platform you are paying for a Discord-linked tracking role and a private staff ticket through which our team will manually apply the requested in-game chattag to your account.
All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store payment card information. A receipt will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout.
Access is granted on either a monthly recurring basis or as a one-time lifetime purchase, depending on the plan selected at checkout. Monthly plans renew automatically until canceled.
Support Policy
Support is provided exclusively through the private Discord ticket created automatically after your payment is confirmed. Do not attempt to contact staff through direct messages, public channels, or any external platform — such requests will not be actioned.
Our team aims to process and complete manual grants within a reasonable timeframe. Response times may vary based on demand and staff availability. We do not guarantee a specific turnaround window.
If you experience an issue with your order, open a message in your ticket channel. Do not create duplicate purchases in an attempt to expedite service.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the manual and digital nature of the services provided, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and a ticket has been created.
If a technical error on our part prevented you from receiving the service you paid for, please raise the issue in your ticket and we will work to resolve it. Refund requests made on the basis of personal preference, change of mind, or external game updates are not eligible.
Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial-month refunds are issued.
Results & Expectations
Envy TMF grants access to TMF in-game chattags as they exist at the time of purchase. We make no guarantees about the continued availability, appearance, or in-game functionality of any chattag, as these are subject to change by the game or platform operators at any time.
We do not guarantee any specific in-game performance improvement, competitive advantage, or outcome as a result of owning a chattag. Chattags are cosmetic access items only.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring the Discord account you authenticate with is one you own and control. You must not share your account or transfer your purchase to another user.
You must remain in the Envy sales server for the duration of your subscription or lifetime access. Leaving the server may result in loss of both your discord role/ingame ct and could delay or prevent re-application of your chattag.
You agree not to charge back, dispute, or reverse any payment made for services already rendered. Doing so will result in immediate removal of access and may result in a permanent ban from the platform.
You must provide a valid email address at checkout to receive your Stripe receipt. Envy TMF is not responsible for missed receipts due to incorrect email input.
Liability
Envy TMF is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the game or platform on which chattags are applied. We are an independent reseller facilitating access through legitimate in-game means available to us.
We are not liable for any account suspensions, bans, or penalties imposed by the game operator on your account, regardless of whether they are related to your use of a chattag purchased through our platform.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
Communication
By purchasing through Envy TMF you agree to receive transactional communications relating to your order via the Discord ticket system and via the receipt email you provided at checkout.
We do not send unsolicited marketing emails. We will never ask for your password, payment details, or personal information outside of the official Stripe checkout flow.
If you believe you have received a fraudulent message claiming to be from Envy TMF, do not respond or click any links — report it in the public Discord server immediately.
